Real Estate
The McCarrey Law Group represents real estate developers
and investors in all areas of the world. Currently, the Firm is working with investors in commercial real estate all over
the United States, developers in the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica and home builders in markets everywhere.
The
Firm has a sophisticated real estate practice that is attuned to the various markets in which it participates.
Technology and Entrepreneurs
Our attorneys know and understand technology and have
entreprenuerial backgrounds. We have helped form many start-up operations and have seen and evaluated many new
technologies. Attorneys of this Firm have been involved in the compression and encryption business, super computing technology
and digital media transmission.
In addition to high tech start-ups, we have also created "low
tech" start-ups like developers, roll-up coin operated laundromats and mechanics. We help new businesses get established and
we know how to protect business ideas while helping the underlying business become viable.
While we are technology oriented, more importantly, we are
business oriented and will spend the time necessary to understand your business or idea. As business attorneys, we are familiar
with franchising, Reg. D offerings and Mergers and Acquisitions having represented all sides of transactions involving these
